What is your MOQ for each item?

Normally our MOQ is 20,000 pcs per item, depending on the bag size. Each item requires set-up for extrusion, printing and converting, so very small runs lead to a much higher unit price.

Can I buy a small quantity or free samples for trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can purchase a smaller trial quantity or request free stock samples to test our material, printing and sealing quality before placing a larger order.

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We usually accept T/T with 50% deposit before mass production and 50% balance before shipment. For small sample orders we can also accept PayPal or Western Union.

What is the normal lead time for mass production?

Accepted Answer

Standard lead time is about 21-27 working days after we receive your purchase order, deposit and final artwork approval. Urgent projects can be discussed case by case.

Yes. Adsure is a manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in plastic and medical packaging. Our main factory is located in Shenzhen, PRC, and we supply customers worldwide.

Can you provide custom design and printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer full custom design and printing, including hospital logos, barcodes, checklists and multilingual instructions. Our artwork team can adapt your files or create new layouts for you.

Are your specimen transport bags compliant with UN3373 and 95 kPa requirements?

Our UN3373 and 95 kPa specimen transport bags are engineered to support compliance with UN3373 Biological Substance Category B and 95 kPa pressure requirements when used as part of a correctly validated packaging system. Final compliance always depends on the complete packaging combination used by the customer.

Can you provide certificates, test reports and documentation?

Yes. For medical packaging we can provide COA, MSDS and, where applicable, physical and functional test reports such as 95 kPa testing, seal strength, leak tests or mechanical performance data. Please tell us in advance which documents your QA or regulatory team requires.

How should I correctly use a 95 kPa specimen transport bag?

Before use, check that the bag is intact and clearly labeled. Place sealed primary containers inside with sufficient absorbent material, then close and seal the bag fully. During transport avoid sharp objects and excessive compression, and use a rigid secondary container when required by your biosafety or transport regulations.

A filter blender bag contains a built-in filter panel. After blending, solid particles are retained by the filter while the liquid filtrate passes through, making it easier to pipette a clear sample without clogging the pipette tip and improving accuracy of downstream testing.

Accepted Answer

Autoclave bags containing biohazard waste should be handled with appropriate PPE and transported in rigid secondary containers. Bags are typically autoclaved using cycles such as 121 C for 30-60 minutes or 132 C for at least 4 minutes, following your facility validated protocols and local regulations.
