Quality Check
Adsure pay more attention to to the quality of each order.
We focus more on the quality check during the manufacturing process.
Each department each member must conduct self-checking in due time.
QC will arrange casual inspection for each machine.
Both of them will record the result on the self-checking list and QC checking list.
Each order of each procedure production sample will be approved by production leader, QC and export manager.
When the mass production is finished, QC will check it again before shipment base on AQL standard.

Size Tolerance will be ±5mm Width & Thickness
Thickness
Thickness Tolerance will be ±0.002mm
Welding Test
We will test the strength of the welding for each product to judge whether the welding is acceptable.
Inner Packaging
Once the bags is acceptable,we will pack in the inner packaging.
Outer Packaging
Each inner packaging will put in the carton.
If the bag with serial number and we will print missing number record and stick on each carton.
